Long ago the Cabal used their powers to try to change the continent of Nevareth into a utopia. But the laws of nature rebelled against them and laid waste to the continent.
The Cabal, that once powerful group of idealistic men, were destroyed in the apocalypse, and all but seven and their leader, Faust, perished. Looking deep into future, Faust saw the rise of an evil that would once again lay waste to the land of Nevareth.
